‘Being a better person in Christ’

So here we are back to the 26th episode of HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE FOR CHRIST. It is a real big pleasure to be back with you as today we shall reflect upon Being a better person in Christ.

---------

Well, you see, recently I was reflecting on how someone can be a better person in Christ. Many ideas came to my mind, which I would like to share with you.

To become a better person in Christ, one is to accept that God loves each person in a personal way. This acceptance will help the person to understand why Jesus died on the cross. Accepting the salvation of Christ will transform a person to desire to love and follow Jesus. For a person to really follow Jesus entails letting go of living a life of sin, letting go of bad habits; it entails to do to others what Christ would have done to love each person.

To become a better person in Christ also entails to spend time in prayer, to seek God’s guidance, to know Jesus in a personal way, to ask God for purification and to be moulded in His own way. To become a better person in Christ is to let God take total control of your life.

To become a better person in Christ is to dedicate your life to Him by loving your neighbour. Loving your neighbour is only possible by loving Jesus. Always remember that Jesus is in your neighbour and when loving your neighbour, you are loving Him.

Being a better person in Christ comes about by loving your neighbour.

-------

So my friends I encourage you to seek to be a better person in Christ’. Be encouraged, I know you can make it through His grace.

So until we meet again, take care, be blessed, and share this episode with your relatives and friends.

God Bless you and take care,

George Calleja (Christian Author).
