Have you ever realised by being in the image of God, you are freely capable of entering into communion with other persons, and have this grace to be in a relationship with your Creator? Have you ever realised that as a person, you are to offer your Creator a response of faith and love? What political party do you support?   What football team do you follow?   To whom do you belong to?   Many times we hear these statements and we answer accordingly.   I support ‘ that’ political party and follow ‘that’ football team.   But whom do you belong to?? I belong to Him, to Jesus, God’s eternal Son made man, "will save his people from their sins".   The name "Jesus" signifies that the very name of God is present in the person of his Son, made man for the universal and definitive redemption from sins.   It is the divine name that alone brings salvation, and henceforth all can invoke his name, for Jesus united himself to all men through his Incarnation, so that "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
